Growth is the process of developing or maturing physically, mentally, or spiritually. Though similar, transformation is a slightly different experience. Defined as “a thorough or dramatic change in form or appearance, a metamorphosis…”. In our lifetimes, we will all experience both types of change. If you are in a state of growth, you may need support with the process of moving from your current life to the next step in your path.
If you feel like you’ve grown as much as you can, and you need to reconstruct your life and build it anew, you are likely in a transformative phase of your life. I can support you on your journey to deconstruct your old beliefs, fears, and experiences and rebuild using only the parts of your life that help to serve the new version of yourself that you wish to be. Growth is like remodeling, while transformation is tearing down the house and rebuilding from the bottom up. Sometimes, you just need to make some changes, while other times, you need to get down to the foundation and rebuild something new.
The image of the butterfly perfectly defines this process. The tiny caterpillar eats and grows until it can grow no more. When it can’t grow anymore, it transforms into something else, a butterfly. Unlike a butterfly, we grow and transform many times, but the process is the same. We grow within our current life and circumstances, and when that all starts to feel too tight, it’s time to transform into the next version of ourselves, always reaching a higher level of understanding, compassion, and freedom.
I believe that no one knows you better than yourself. You know what you need; I’m just here to help you find that voice inside of you. I’m not a coach, here to tell you what you need to do. I’m a guide walking with you on the path that you’ve chosen. I’m here to offer support and provide you with the tools and the skills you need to grow or transform.

I'm Sarah, a certified Life Coach, EFT practitioner, Certified Somatic Coach, and IFS provider working with clients from all walks of life and helping them navigate life's challenges.
My role as your guide is to give you the tools and help you find the right balance for your individual needs. No one knows what your body and mind need better than you.
As a Life Coach, I believe in guiding my clients toward discovering their own inner strength, resilience, and wisdom. Everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling and meaningful life, and I am here to help you achieve that. Using modalities such as somatic work, Internal Family Systems, and EFT (tapping) can help.
I specialize in beating procrastination, compassion cultivation (for self and others), communication, relationships, forgiving yourself and others, setting loving boundaries, and self-care.
I offer one-on-one life coaching sessions, group coaching, workshops, and retreats. My areas of expertise include Life Path Planning, Somatic Coaching, EFT, Mindfulness, Biofeedback, and IFS.

Today, so many of us are bogged down with so many responsibilities and worries. We move at such a fast pace that we don't take the time to work through tough emotions. Instead, we numb ourselves to these emotions. The problem is that when we numb the painful feelings we also numb the pleasurable feeling. By allowing ourselves to feel and work through our emotions we open ourselves up to feel the joy we have been missing.
Most of us can extend compassion to others better than we can ourselves. We can't live our fullest lives without love and compassion for ourselves. Learn how to love yourself while building compassion and forgiveness for those who have hurt you.
Why do we do the things we do? Why do others hurt me? We can work together to find answers to these and other questions to help you find peace, forgiveness, and healing.
Learning to have compassion and understanding of yourself and others helps us to build stronger, healthier relationships. All of the work we accomplish will naturally improve your relationships, but in addition we can focus directly on relationships and communication.
